The Fairport Village Court is in session on the first and third Thursdays of each month to hear criminal, civil, small claims, parking and traffic cases starting at 4:00 P.M. On the second Thursday starting at 5:00 P.M. the Court is in session for arraignment.

The Court Clerk’s Office is located on the second floor in the Village Hall and is open Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.

The Village Court has jurisdiction over cases involving all misdemeanors and violations that occur within the Village of Fairport.  The Court also has jurisdiction over cases involving summary proceedings (landlord/tenant evictions), small claims up to $3,000, and all Village Ordinance Violations including parking tickets.
